You ask Victor about the conic man you saw through the hole in the wall. He says he heard about someone like that. He doesn't know him by name but knows about a few cases he's worked on.

You ask what the cases were about, he says he worked on some paranormal cases, he remembers one was about some strange specter a local was freaking out about. He doesn't remember how it turned out but he supposes it doesn't really matter because he's trying to figure out why there's this mysterious liquid dripping from the ceiling.
