As you walk through the crawlspace, Freddor stops in his tracks and asks for some explanation about this place and what's going on.

Victor and Timmard begin to explain to the best of their ability.

This is a place known as HYPERBIA, a place of extremely high skyscrapers and floating islands. Freddor asks about these floating islands, he hasn't seen any so far, are there actually floating islands?

Yes, they respond, yes there are many, they float by every once in a while, you can never really tell how far away they are because there isn't much to base depth on.

Freddor then asks about the portals and the strange dungeon. They say it's just a natural part of this universe just like these skyscrapers and floating islands are natural in this place.

What are the monsters in the dungeon, why are they there asks Freddor. They don't know, it's their first time in the dungeon.

Freddor asks if there are other people in the skyscrapers. They can only assume there are many, but don't know for sure.

Have they ever left their offices? They just stare at you with slightly pained expressions. Clearly not a subject they wish to talk about.

Freddor then asks what this place is exactly. They say they aren't sure. Everything is white. They don't know if there's a surface or if these skyscrapers even have a bottom.

You know it's possible to zoom your VIEWPORT out enough to see what this place actually looks like, they say.

You ask what a VIEWPORT is. Hard to explain they say, but if you can figure it out then you will understand.
