You unlock the door using 1 (ONE) LARGE KEY. It inexplicably erases itself from existence after unlocking the door. The lock also disappears, it no longer requires a key to be opened and cannot be locked again.

Inside is a narrow unlit crawlspace, you see it bend right at the end.
